Good vintage condition. This piece is solidly built and is rather sturdy. The top has been refinished, however one water mark is still slightly visible at the left end. One split in the trim above the drawers has been repaired. There are a few spots on the finish around the legs and base as shown in the photos. There are some water marks/stains in the bottom of the cupboards.
