We always try to keep customers satisfied and will work to satisfy any concerns or issues. Please contact us if the product received is not as expected, damaged, or if you are otherwise unsatisfied. We may be able to exchange the product or offer store credit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
While all sales are final, we may allow exchanges or in store credit. Items must be returned in the same condition as at the time of pickup or delivery. The condition will be assessed by us and exchanged, or credit offered at our discretion.
