At its core, The Playpen sofa is constructed using Canadian-sourced materials, including precision-built

Canadian plywood and kiln-dried SPF lumber. This creates a rigid, stable foundation that holds its shape and integrity over time—something you’ll feel immediately and appreciate for years.

Comfort is driven by a full no-sag spring suspension system, paired with high-density foam cushions that strike the balance between support and softness. Seat cushions are wrapped in Dacron for a refined, tailored look, while the backs are designed with a softer feel for relaxed lounging without losing structure.
